CNC TURNING

Intermach offer a broad range of CNC turning capabilities including “one operation turning” using multi spindle, multi axis barfed equipment and complex high value billet work. We also have larger machines up to 600mm diameter turning capability and “through the spindle” capacity of 165mm. So, whether its complex parts manufacture, volume production or physically large components, we have the machinery. Some of the more difficult materials to machine include Inconel, Duplex, Titanium, High Strength Alloys, Maraging Alloys and Stainless Steels. We also have extensive experience of Ground Chrome Cylinder hydraulic type manufacture.
